What should I do once I have decided to move? I don't know where to start. For your peace of mind, we will explain the general process here.
How to complete the move

Delivery of materials
We will deliver the quote on the same day or upon request (up to 50 pieces).
(With the Easy Plan, we will bring it to you on the day of your move.)

Customers are asked to pack their own clothes, books, tableware, etc.
(With the Easy Plan, professional staff will do the packing for you.)

Work started by the staff in charge.
(With the Easy Plan, our staff will pack everything for you.)

Export/Transportation
We will protect the inside of the elevator and building to prevent damage, carefully remove your luggage, and transport it safely.

Curing/carrying in
We will protect the inside of the elevator and building to prevent damage, bring in your luggage, transport it to your designated location, and set it up.

unpacking
The customer is responsible for unpacking the items.
(With the Easy Plan, specialized staff will unpack your luggage.)
After unpacking, we will collect all materials such as cardboard boxes and futon bags.
(For standard plans, collection will be from the next day onwards)
We will clean up and finish the work.
Please pay in cash after the work is completed.
